We designed the prototype for an all-in-one platform that brings appointments, medical records and billing together for veterinary clinics, replacing manual workflows with an efficient digital experience.
Small and mid-sized veterinary clinics manage their appointments mainly through WhatsApp and phone calls. This manual flow leads to lost patients from missed replies, double-booked appointments, no centralized medical records and no visibility into monthly billing.
They needed a digital solution that unified appointment management, patient tracking and financial control in a single platform, accessible to both the clinic team and pet owners.
Before designing a single screen, we spent the first week understanding how a veterinary clinic actually works day to day. We watched how appointments were handled, what information the vet needed during each visit and where the friction was for pet owners.
From that map, we set three design principles: booking in 3 clicks or fewer, records visible in a single view and financial metrics without accounting complexity. Every interface decision was checked against them.
